Young and the Restless: No Way Out for Diane?
Phyllis Summers finally gets back at Diane Jenkins. Y&R spoilers for Friday, April 14, reveal Jack Abbott's fiancee is "shell-shocked" as she is placed behind bars.
Jack meets Christine Blair at Society and discusses Diane's situation. He wants to get her out of jail as soon as possible, adding that it's a gross miscarriage of justice.
Christine notes that the judge wouldn't have signed off on an arrest warrant if the evidence wasn't sufficient. She adds that she can't discuss the open investigation but promises to follow up on Jack's suspicions about Jeremy Stark.
Young and the Restless spoilers tease Jack insists Diane was set up. However, Christine points out that evidence is everything, and right now, it points to Diane being the suspect.
Christine also warns Jack that Diane may not get bail. Is this really the end for Jenkins?

Jack and Kyle Stand By Diane
Despite the solid evidence, Jack and Kyle Abbott are confident that Diane Jenkins is innocent. Young and the Restless spoilers note that Kyle hates to think his mother is locked up for a crime she didn't commit.
He believes it's a frame-up, and that didn't sit well with Summer Newman Abbott. She's surprised that her husband still thinks Diane is innocent despite proof that she poisoned Phyllis Summers. This definitely puts a strain on their marriage.
Meanwhile, Jack thinks Jeremy will eventually be caught. And if that happens, he will make sure that he's not getting off the hook.

Back at the no-tell-motel, Phyllis Summers seems to regret her decisions. Y&R spoilers say she feels sorry for what happened and asks herself what she's done.
It doesn't look like Phyllis gets the last laugh after all. If anything, she may be in grave danger, especially now that Jeremy Stark is losing his patience with her.
