"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Wednesday, May 6, feature the aftermath of Phyllis Summers's arrest. Phyllis attempts to do damage control, making phone calls left and right. Billy Abbott shows up to confront Phyllis.
"And how stupid are you to have let this happen?" he says. Phyllis assures Billy that the emails are fake. But how can she prove it in jail?
Meanwhile, Lily Winters begs Christine Romalotti to let Cane Ashby slide for the sake of her father's life. Cane is currently the only donor who can help save Malcolm Winters. But things got complicated when the authorities arrived to arrest Cane.
'Young and the Restless' Phyllis Assures Billy
Wednesday's spoilers of "Young and the Restless" reveal Billy asking Phyllis about who did it. "Who did it?" Billy asks. "Who do you think did it? Victor," Phyllis answers.
Phyllis says she's still unsure, but he's the only man who's capable of doing it. She also doubts Cricket will do anything to manipulate the emails.
"You're gonna fight this, right?" Billy asks, and Phyllis will say yes. Billy hopes Phyllis will win, and he'll ask about what happened to Cane. Phyllis says he's on his own, and Billy will say he doesn't want to get involved in everything that's happening due to Sally's pregnancy.
"You don't have anything to worry about. And you don't have to worry about me, Michael Baldwin is taking my case," Phyllis says.
Michael then walks in, and Billy will tell him not to drag him into the mess. "I will hang Cane, and your client, out to dry without hesitation," he warns.
Lily Hopes Christine Will Let Cane Slide
"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Wednesday tease Lily and Cane having a sweet moment at the GCAC. They're having breakfast, and Lily can't help but express her gratitude for Cane volunteering as a donor.
But just as things are getting better, Christine walks in with a police officer to arrest Cane. "Cane you are under arrest for corporate sabotage," Christine says. Cane will say the accusations are ridiculous.
Lily jumps in to tell Christine that she can't take Cane. "Christine please. This arrest cannot happen," she says, before explaining the condition of her father.
Christine says the judge is not going to let him leave the state, and Lily worries that her father could die if Cane isn't granted bail. "So please tell me that you can somehow make this happen," she begs.
