"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Wednesday, May 13, reveal that Phyllis Summers learns she's been talking to and making friends with Matt Clark. Matt has been trying to learn about his past, and the first thing he did was ask people in GC questions.
He eventually learns that he's done some bad things. Now, Patty wants to help him uncover his past, but it seems Phyllis will be the one to help him remember everything.
Meanwhile, Devon remains skeptical about Cane Ashby, whose only goal is to help save the life of Lily Winter's father, Malcolm.
'Young and the Restless' Phyllis Learns She's Been Talking To Matt
Wednesday's spoilers of "Young and the Restless" feature Phyllis walking into the coffee shop to see Patty talking with Matt. "Seriously, Patty, you pick the only new person in town to like you," Phyllis says.
Matt will assume he and Patty know each other. "Patty has a sordid history with everyone here in town," he says. Patty will take her leave, and Phyllis
"She is the enemy to anyone sane or decent. So if she wants to talk to you again don't listen," Phyllis says, before saying some of Patty's horrible misdeeds. "She knew my daughter had a peanut allergy and she gave my daughter a kiss with peanut lips," she says.
Matt then continues to wonder about his true identity, adding that he feels he's been there before. He then tells Phyllis, "This guy got in my face and said I'd hurt people, a woman called him Noah and she said the name Victor," leaving her in shock.
Phyllis quickly realizes that she's talking to Matt Clark, asking his last name out of curiosity. When he confirms it's "Matt," Phyllis's jaw drops.
Devon Warns Lily
"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Wednesday reveal Devon expressing his frustration about Cane's attempts to get closer to Lily. He believes he's just using the opportunity to regain Lily's trust by helping Malcolm as a bone marrow donor.
However, Lily believes Cane is doing it for all of them, and he has no bad intentions. Devon reminds Lily that two people died last year because of Cane.
"This isn't about Cane. This is about Mariah and you're taking it out on Cane and me," she adds.
