Phyllis Gives The Newman Back

"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Thursday feature Michael and Phyllis having a conversation at Crimson Lights. Phyllis tells Michael that she has changed her mind about returning the Newman.
"I realized that giving up my company is not my best strategy. I'm rethinking my position," she says. Michael is confused about what Phyllis is up to. She explains that she'll be back to zero if she hands over the company.
"Throw in the towel. Live to fight another day," Michael pleads. But Phyllis wants to ensure that the charges will be dropped against her if she gives up the company.
"I would have to know that I am walking away free and clear. Victor and Christine have to drop those charges, in writing," she says.
Phyllis then heads to the ranch to meet Victor. "Tell her you set me up. Please tell her," she says. Victor asks why he would do that. "I'll give you Newman Enterprises back, but all the charges have to be dropped. You win," she says.
But Phyllis also wants Victor to admit to all the fabricated emails that framed her and Cane. Christine says she has no plans to drop the charges.
Nick steps in and says, "I believe Phyllis came here in good faith and I'd like to see the situation resolved without anyone behind bars."
Victor insists on denying that he fabricated the emails. Michael will then tell Victor that Phyllis is ready to surrender the Newman Enterprises.
