"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Wednesday, July 8, reveal Patty Williams taking steps to finish off Jack Abbott once and for all. She and Dr. Markham know they're in great danger once Jack wakes up.

'Young and the Restless' Jill & Billy's Argument
Wednesday's spoilers of "Young and the Restless" feature Jill grilling Jack. She mentions that if he can't work for Sally and Audra, then how can he work for Cane?
"You didn't bother to tell me you were getting married and expecting a baby," she says. Billy answers back, saying that she's only in town because of Chancellor.
Billy leaves, and Sally tells Jill she's sorry and hopes she won't take it personally. "He'll come around. I promise," she adds.
Patty Wants To Finish Off Jack
"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Wednesday tease Patty arriving at Jack's hospital room. She tells Jack that she worked so hard trying to frame Diane that she did that to him.
"And I'm not going to have you ruin everything by telling everyone that's not true. It's a secret you will take to your grave," she adds. Patty then brings out a syringe with liquid inside. Is she trying to finish him off?
