"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Monday, July 6, feature rising tensions between Patty Williams and Diane Jenkins. Jack just got stabbed, and Patty is pointing fingers at Diane.
Meanwhile, Phyllis Summers agrees to date Matt Clark. Matt is thankful to Phyllis for helping him out with Cane Ashby, but it will also make Phyllis more curious about Victor Newman's intentions regarding Cane.
'Young and the Restless' Matt & Phyllis As A Couple?
Monday's spoilers of "Young and the Restless" tease Matt lying to Phyllis, saying that he's just in town to make new friends. "Cane is not going to be the guy to help you," Phyllis says.
Phyllis tells Matt that it's obvious Victor is behind all of this. Matt then asks if he should turn to her for help regarding Cane.
The two later arrive at Shadow Room, surprising Noah Newman. "How can you trust him?" Noah asks Phyllis. Phyllis defends Matt from Noah's judgment, making him curious about why she keeps saving him.
Matt adds that he still doesn't trust her for hurting his feelings. "You are really hot and I think it kinda clouds my judgment," Matt adds, and the two will go on a date.
Patty Claims Diane Stabs Jack
"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Monday reveal Diane and Kyle running into a bleeding Jack. Kyle calls 911 while Diane tries to stop the bleeding.
"Patty did this! What if she's still in the house?" Diane tells Kyle. The paramedics arrive alongside the police.
But things take an unexpected turn when Patty arrives, telling the authorities that Diane stabbed Jack. "She's got blood on her hands to prove it," Patty says. Diane lashes out at Patty for her lies.
Burrows had enough of the two, and says, "Neither one of you are going anyplace until I can get to the bottom of this."
