Young and the Restless spoilers for January 12-16 reveal the aftermath of Matt's abduction. He's currently being held captive by Jack Abbott, and he's using him to threaten Victor Newman.
Jack believes that offering Matt to Victor's AI program is enough. But Victor tells the Abbotts that they can just set Matt free, and he'll catch him himself. This week's spoilers also feature Noah's shocking discovery, while Sheila Carter helps Tessa Copeland with her decision.

Next week's promo of Young and the Restless features Tessa opening up to Sharon. "I can't keep doing this anymore. It's too hard," she says. Sharon wonders what she was talking about, and she'll eventually offer help.
Diane asks Jack if Victor agrees with his proposal, and he'll say no. But Jack remains calm, telling Diane that finding Matt is only the tip of the iceberg. "Finding Matt was not the craziest part of the evening," he adds.
On the other hand, Phyllis discusses the Newman Enterprises with Victor. "Newman Enterprises is ours, and there's not anything you or anyone else can do about it," she says.
