'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Jan 15): Cane Negotiates With Billy – Nick Threatens Phyllis

Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, January 15, feature the chaos that Cane Ashby and Phyllis Summers brought to Victor Newman and the Newman Enterprises. It forces Nick Newman to check himself out of the hospital while still going through complications.

But Nick already has plans to stop Cane's most important ally, Phyllis. Meanwhile, Cane is already negotiating with Billy Abbott, but Sally Spectra has something to say about it.

'Young and the Restless' Nick Threatens Phyllis

Thursday's spoilers of Young and the Restless reveal Nick's attempt to stop Phyllis and Cane. He believes that he can talk Phyllis out of her madness.

Nick confronts the two at Cane's train, saying, "The only words I want to hear coming out of your mouth are how you can justify doing this to my family!"

Cane says bringing down Newman Enterprises was his idea, and Nick will reply, "How long do you think you can sustain this fantasy?"

Cane leaves the two after getting a text message from Billy. Nick brings up some of Phyllis darkest secrets and accuses her of backstabbing him. "Don't you look at this as a win, it's a loss. You're going to lose everything, starting with your family," Nick threatens.

Cane Negotiates With Phyllis

Cane meets with Billy at Crimson Lights in Thursday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. Billy will ask if Cane is planning to launch an attack against the Newman Enterprises. Cane says he and Phyllis already did and won, adding that they basically own the Victor's empire now.

Cane gushes over the effectiveness of his AI program. He then went on to discuss business with Billy. "Before you ask, Chancellor Industries will be in my possession, you still interested in that company?" he asks.

Cane tells Billy that he can have it if he wants. "I feel that you are owed this, and I'm glad I can make it happen. What do you say?" Cane says. But Billy thinks about Sally, as he had already committed to her.

Billy and Cane shake hands, and Sally will witness it. She won't waste time and calls out Billy. "Why did you lie to me about going on a run and what were you and Cane were talking about?" she asks. Billy will get honest, saying that Cane offered him Chancellor. How will Sally react?
