'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Jan 14): Nick Checks Himself Out – Phyllis & Cane Reject Victor

Young and the Restless spoilers for January 14 reveal Cane Ashby and Phyllis Summers standing their ground against Victor Newman. Victor unexpectedly showed up at Cane's train before they visited him at the ranch.

Victor tries to negotiate with Cane to end his madness. But it seems Cane and Phyllis want Victor to suffer more.

On the other hand, Nick Newman is still unwell, but he's checking himself out of the hospital. Is Nick going to be the key for Victor to stop Cane and Phyllis?

'Young and the Restless' Phyllis & Cane Stand Their Ground

Wednesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless reveal Cane and Phyllis talking with Victor, who wants them to end whatever they're planning against him and the Newman Enterprises.

Victor warns the two, telling them that they don't know who they're messing with. But Phyllis continues to mock Victor, saying, "Someone finally beat you, it's overdue."

Victor then asks what Cane wants, even offering him Arabesque. But Cane and Phyllis have made up their minds. "There's not going to be a buy-out price. I'm with Phyllis here, Newman Enterprises is ours, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it," he says.

Cane went on to mention that Victor ruined his father's reputation, and he's avenging him this time. "You and Phyllis, you're going to regret this move until your dying day," Victor responds.

Nick Checks Himself Out

Nick finally gets better in Wednesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. He's not at a hundred percent, but he's already willing to check himself out of the hospital. Nick tells Adam that he needs to get out of the hospital amid all the chaos happening to their family.

But Adam tells his brother that he's not in the condition yet to help. Nikki goes into a panic following Cane's AI attack. Victoria tells her that she warned Victor about the consequences of using the AI.

"His vendetta against Jack may cause us to lose everything," Nikki adds. Victor then arrives, and Nikki will ask if they want something just to stop the attack. Victor says no, and he'll advise them to sell their companies piece by piece. "Victor, how could you have let this happen?" Nikki says.

With everything falling apart, Adam and Nick arrive. "I'm the only person in this family who even has a chance of getting Phyllis to listen," Nick says. Will he be able to pull Phyllis out of her madness?
