Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, December 31, feature Cane Ashby finally regaining Lily Winters' trust. It's been a rough season for Cane, as he couldn't avoid getting tied with Phyllis Summers.
Lily has caught them in intimate moments multiple times. But Lily assumes that Cane is just lost, and she believes that she can bring him back to the person he used to be. Meanwhile, Kyle Abbott now worries about Victor Newman even more after giving up on his future with Claire.
'Young and the Restless' Cane & Lily Back Together
Wednesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless reveal Cane being surprised by Lily at his train. Cane tells Lily that he plans to spend New Year's Eve alone, adding that he's happy that she's by his side.
Cane offers Lily champagne and strawberries, and Lily will tell him not to have false hopes following the launch party. Cane tells Lily he had a great time. "It wasn't the real you. So, I don't think there's a reunion for us, I think we are farther apart than ever," she replies.
The two argue for quite a while until the topic changes to Phyllis. Cane explains that Phyllis forcefully kissed him, and he immediately stopped her. "She kissed me! I would never risk losing you again," he tells Lily, before saying that she's the only woman he'll love.
"You want me as much as I want you. So why don't you just admit it? So will you please let me love you?" Cane adds. It appears Cane is correct with his assumptions, and the two will kiss.
Kyle Worries About Victor
Kyle runs into Victoria in Wednesday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. He tells her that he has completely given up on Claire. Victoria reminds Kyle about all the obstacles he and Claire had to overcome.
Kyle admits that he has made too many mistakes, and he no longer wants to hurt Claire. He then mentions Victor and his destructive AI program. "Will you and Nikki convince Victor to back off Jabot?" Kyle asks.
Victoria tells Kyle that Victor will do whatever he wants, but she'll try to give it a shot to convince him to reconsider his plans against Jabot.
