'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Dec 29): Jack Rejects Phyllis – Nick's Shocking Offer To Matt

Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, December 29, reveal Jack Abbott rejecting Phyllis Summers' offer to infiltrate Victor Newman's HQ and steal his AI program. Jack knows how risky it is to trust Phyllis, and it seems she's starting to lose trust in everyone around her.

Meanwhile, Nick Newman begins negotiating with Matt Clark, offering him a massive amount of money. But will Matt agree to Nick's conditions?

'Young and the Restless' Nick Goes Off On Matt During Negotiation

Monday's spoilers of Young and the Restless feature Sharon trying to calm her son amid his suspicion that Matt abducted Sienna. Noah admits he can't stop thinking about his girlfriend, who is also Matt's wife.

Sharon reminds him that he's not safe either. But he'll say that he's not afraid of Matt. Sharon insists that being reckless against Matt is a huge mistake. "We all need to be afraid of him," she adds, before saying that Matt "tortured" them for years.

"Is that the same way you felt about Allie? What happened between you two?" Sharon asks. Noah will say that there's not much to say about them and that they were just not meant to be.

Spoilers then show the much-awaited meet-up between Matt and Nick. The two stand by each other at the lookout. Nick offers Matt a million dollars in exchange for Sienna's safety and return. "You disappear, you do not show your face again," Nick adds.

But Matt mocks Nick, saying that two million or ten would do the trick. "Noah's home, he's safe and sound, you should thank me, I could have taken Noah instead of Sienna," Matt adds.

This angers Nick, leading him to punch Matt, telling him to leave his son out of their deal. Matt threatens to jump over the railing, and Nick tells him to do so.

Nick then tells Matt to be smart, saying that he should consider his offer and leave the country for good.

Jack Rejects Phyllis

Phyllis talks to Billy regarding the deal she offered him about getting the AI program from Victor in Monday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. Phyllis is confident that she can take back the dangerous digital weapon.

But Bill tells Phyllis that Jack is now looking for other options to solve their problems. "He thinks you're going to take that program and double-cross him," Jack adds.

Billy adds that if she hadn't admitted to stealing the AI program in the first place, they would never have been in touch with her. "First Cane, then you, now Jack," she responds.

Phyllis lies again to try and convince Billy, saying that she's not on bad terms with Victor. "I am trying to protect my kid," she says. But Bill insists that she tell Jack everything first.

"I am the only one who can successfully get that AI back from Victor. You're making a mistake," Phyllis tells Jack. But Jack didn't waste time rejecting Phyllis. "We are done here, Phyllis. Happy New Year," he says.
