Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, December 22, reveal Kyle Abbott making a major decision about his future with Claire Newman. Things were supposedly going well between the two. However, Kyle realizes that it's not worth fighting for.
Meanwhile, Nikki Newman stands against Victor and his AI program. She knows how dangerous it can be, but Victor is not happy about how Nikki is not siding with him.
'Young and the Restless' Kyle Leaves Claire
Monday's spoilers of Young and the Restless reveal Kyle showing Jack a present that he's supposed to give to Claire. He tells him that he purchased it before they broke up, and he's unsure if it's worth giving to her.
"I am past frustrated. How many times can I say I'm sorry?" Kyle asks. Jack questions if Kyle is finally giving up on Claire, and he'll admit that he's losing grasp of their relationship.
"I don't know how much longer I can keep holding on, when all it feels like Claire wants to do is let go," Kyle says. Jack agrees, telling Kyle that feelings can always be there, but the conditions won't help them keep their love strong. "Maybe a clean break is what's best for both of us," Kyle continues.
Nikki Goes Against Victor
Nikki confides in Victoria about her confrontation with Victor in Monday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. She reveals that she threatened to leave Victor if he continued using the AI Program against the Jabots.
Victoria was surprised by how far Nikki would go. "He told me if I wanted to walk out, the door was open," Nikki adds. Victoria wonders if Nikki has any regrets, but she'll say that she won't take back what she said.
"Jack risked his own life to save mine, and it worked," she continues. Victoria reminds Nikki about how important she is to Victor, and he'll become more dangerous if she leaves him. "Maybe it's time he feels the sting of losing something that's important to him," Nikki will reply. "Maybe then he'll realize what he's done," Nikki responds.
