'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Dec 18): Billy Warns Phyllis – Diane Plans To Trap Victor

Young and the Restless spoilers for Thursday, December 18, reveal Billy Abbott's warning to Phyllis Summers. He's aware that Phyllis stole Cane Ashby's AI program and made a deal with Victor.

But Billy assures Phyllis that she will never get anything if Victor succeeds with his plans. Due to this, he gives her an offer she cannot refuse. Meanwhile, Diane Jenkins makes her plot against Victor, hoping to catch him in the act.

'Young and the Restless' Billy Warns Phyllis

Thursday's spoilers of Young and the Restless reveal Billy confronting Phyllis. "Let me guess, Victor's stiffing you on the deal you made with him?" he asks. Phyllis will deny it, but Billy will insist on his claims.

"Did you honestly think you'd steal the AI for Victor and he wouldn't screw you over?" Billy warns Phyllis. She tries to walk away, but Billy follows her. He then makes an offer she can't refuse. "I'm here to offer you a deal, one you can actually trust and count on," he says.

Billy asks Phyllis if she can steal back the AI program from Victor, and he promises a reward that's more likely to happen than Victor's. "You can name your price, pick the biggest number you want," he says.

Phyllis says she will think about it. But Billy adds that she's running out of time. "If Jabot fails, you get nothing. Nothing from Victor, nothing from us," he says.

Diane Plans To Trap Victor

Chaos continues to erupt following Newman Media's article stating that the Jabot has shut down. Due to this, Diane decides to take matters into her own hands. Thursday's spoilers of Young and the Restless reveal Diane telling her plans to Billy, Jack, and Kyle.

She revealed that she put traps in the Jabot's security system to catch Victor. "Once we have that proof, we can put this guy away for the rest of his life," Jack says.

Billy worries, as they still don't have any proof against Victor. "Not yet. But I know where I can find it," Diane responds.

On the other hand, Jack released a statement video to address the recent issues. He assures that all the employees and consumers will not be affected by the sudden shutdown.
