'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Dec 16): Jack Livid Over Jabot's Shutdown – Cane Ditches Phyllis

Young and the Restless spoilers for Monday, December 16, reveal Jack Abbott learning about the Jabot's shutdown. Victor Newman has been taking advantage of Cane Ashby's stolen AI program.

He initially used it against Matt Clark, wiping his entire bank account. But Victor is not done with his new toy, as he targets his long-time rival, the Jabots. Meanwhile, Cane appears to be done playing games with Phyllis Summers, as he officially rejects her.

'Young and the Restless' Cane Ditches Phyllis

Monday's spoilers for Young and the Restless reveal Cane pulling out of kissing Phyllis. He tells her that whatever she's plotting is not happening. Cane adds, "I told you, we could have been friends, from now on you'll be my enemy."

Phyllis later runs into Daniel and Tessa with a group of people. She'll tell everyone that she's going to the Abbott Communications launch party. But Daniel warns her not to cause trouble.

"I'm going to have to go with you to make sure you don't cause any problems," he adds. Daniel invites Tessa to accompany them. Devon and Abby arrive at the GCAC. They will greet Lily at the bar. Victoria then appears, and Lily will tell her that Nate is going to the party with his ex. 

Jack Livid Over Jabot's Shutdown

Victor will make his move against the Jabots in Monday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. At the ranch, Victor tells Adam that he's going to use Jack's counterplay against him. He'll utilize the Newman Media to spread the news about the shutdown on the night of the Abbott Communications launch party.

"I want the reputation of that son of a bitch destroyed before he blinks an eye," Victor adds. Adam will be on board with his father's plan. "To Jack Abbott, the architect of his own downfall," Victor makes a toast.

At the launch party, Sally will make a speech and manage the ceremony. She says, "Tonight's theme, the dawn of TV, speaks to the dawn of a new communications era."

But while she was speaking, everyone checked on their phones, reading the news about how the Jabots just shut down. Phyllis asks Jack what's going on. "Is Jabot going down?" she adds. Jack is clearly upset after reading the article, and he already knows who's behind it.
