Young And The Restless spoilers tease that Billy Abbott's (Jason Thompson) anger will bubble over. He recently gave up his passion for podcasts for his love, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). To make matters worse, Billy spotted Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) with his brother, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman).
Billy was appalled that Jack offered Adam the co-CEO position at Jabot. It is no secret that the two have been enemies for years. Billy has never forgiven Adam for the accidental death of his daughter, Delia Abbott (Sophie Pollono).
He did not mince words with Jack or Adam about the job offer. The Newman black sheep was unsure about taking the job, but Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) gave him the push that he needed.
Y&R spoilers for the week of September 5 to 9 reveal that Adam's new job will irritate Billy. However, Billy will not be the only one who will be upset. Adam's new job will rub several people the wrong way on Young And The Restless.

Y&R: Billy Gets Angry but He's Not Alone
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) wants to preserve the Newman legacy. This includes getting Adam Newman back into the family and the business.
However, Young And The Restless spoilers for September 5 to 9 tease that Victor will receive some unsettling news. Perhaps he will learn of his son's plans to take him down. After all, Adam did get his hands on the details of the Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) case. Victor might be alarmed by the lengths Adam would go to for revenge.
Or Victor could certainly be unsettled when Adam reveals he will be working at Jabot. The thought of him working at his rival's company is something neither Victor nor Billy can stomach.
Jack and Adam have had a good relationship. Yet the same can not be said for Jack and Victor. Now Adam will be working with Victor's arch-rival.
The rift between the father and son may grow. Moreover, Jack and Billy's brotherly bond may be broken on Young And The Restless.

Billy Abbott is worried that Adam Newman will tarnish the Abbott legacy. After all, Jabot is the company that Billy's father built from the ground up.
