Spoilers for Monday's episode of Young and the Restless reveal Sally testing out multiple dresses to wear for the Abbott Communications launch. She shows up at Billy's place with her outfits, making him a special and sole audience for her mini fashion show.
"You are gorgeous, oh my gosh," Billy tells her. Sally then asks which one was his favorite, and he responds by saying he likes the third outfit the most, which is the navy blue velvet dress.
Sally is excited about her new job but worries at the same time. Billy comforts her, saying he would support her all the way.
Billy then gets a call from his private investigator. "Don't tell me you have information on Cane already?" he asks.
He learns that Victor is with Cane on his private train. Sally overthinks, worrying that Cane may learn about Billy having him followed.

Victor Blackmails Cane

Cane and Victor get into a deep conversation in Monday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. Cane asks if Victor still wants to work with him.
But Victor has a different goal in mind. "I'm here to make you an offer you can't refuse," he tells Cane. Victor will then say that his domination over Genoa City won't be the key to getting Lily back.
Victor throws an envelope containing evidence of the dirty money Cane used to buy Arabesque. One of the evidences show that the money came from the fraud that his father attempted on an elderly woman.
"The woman who owned the chateau and vineyard. All of this is a result of dirty money, of stolen money," Victor says. "You can't prove you weren't part of the plan, you were the one who would benefit the most," he adds, before telling Cane that a dirty empire will never become successful.
Cane asks if Victor was extorting him. "I want you to join me as an ally against Jack Abbott and Jabot, if not the content of this letter will go to the press. You'll be run out of town, for good," Victor blackmails Cane.
