"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Thursday, August 20, reveal Lily Winters going off on Devon Winters after he decides to commit to the Abbotts. Lily feels betrayed, and she may take revenge on Devon for it.
Sally Spectra learns about Billy Abbott's next big move, while Adam Newman and Chelsea Lawson try to come up with a new plan. Traci Abbott and Christine Romalotti will see Nina Webster after a long time.
'Young and the Restless' Lily Is Upset At Devon's Move
Thursday's spoilers for "Young and the Restless" tease Lily and Cane meeting with Devon at Society. Lily needs her brother's help, and Devon will wonder why Cane has to be there.
"You wanna protect your sister, Devon. I'm not the enemy here," Cane says. The two will argue, and Lily will tell Devon to set his grudges aside. "Really, what about your grandmother? Because it's her company on the line," she adds.
Cane and Lily then tell Devon everything. "Billy's already walking around like he owns the place," Lily adds. Devon says that John and Katherine were good friends, and he doesn't think she won't pay a debt back.
"I think if she knew about this today, she would honor the agreement. Which is what I think the two of you should do," he says. Lily gets upset, saying, "I think the real reason is you don't like the fact that Cane is in charge of Chancellor." Devon tells his sister that he doesn't need the Chancellor.
Adam's Request To Chelsea
"Young and the Restless" spoilers for Thursday feature Adam telling Chelsea he's writing an article about Billy. "I am not going to be part of another one of Victor's hatchet jobs against Billy," Chelsea replies.
Adam tells her it has nothing to do with his father, and he'll say that there was a secret deal in the past and that the Abbotts may be the true owners of Chancellor. "This is the makings of a huge-scale, epic war," he adds.
Chelsea agrees that things could escalate fast. Adam asks Chelsea to get to Billy to ask about his side of the story. "He won't be able to help himself," he adds. Chelsea agrees, and Adam kisses her.
