'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Aug 8): Billy Backstabs Cane – Victor Wants To Crush Abbotts

Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, August 8, reveal that Billy Abbott sabotages Cane Ashby after forming an alliance with him. Cane says he wants to take over all businesses in Genoa City, including their family business, Jabot. Meanwhile, Victor Newman expresses his desire to crush the Abbotts once and for all.

'Young and the Restless' Spoilers: Billy Backstabs Cane

Spoilers for Friday's episode of Young and the Restless reveal that Billy tells Jack about Cane's plans to take over Jabot. Jack initially tells Billy that he tried reaching out to Cane regarding Abbott Communications, but he hasn't received a response.

"Things in Genoa City are about to get very ugly," Billy tells Jack, adding that Cane wants Chancellor and Newman. "He wants to wrap everything up under one big umbrella." This left Jack uneasy, saying that they have to do something before it's too late.

Jack then asks Billy if he's still part of their team. "If Cane asked me to go against you, or anyone else in our family, the answer will always be no," Billy replies. Jack responds, "What do you say we work together to bring Cane Ashby down, from the inside?"

Victor Wants To Crush The Abbotts

Victor talks to Cane regarding the Abbotts in Friday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. Victor asks to see Cane, but he'll end up crossing paths with Phyllis in Cane's room.

He then asks Phyllis if she can hack into Jabot servers, Newman Enterprises, Chancellor, and Winters. Phyllis asks why. "We're going to do a little shopping," he responds.

Cane arrives, and Victor tells him that his multiple real estate investments were a bad move. Victor then tells Cane that he should've focused on Chancellor and Jabot.

"Together, we could crush the Abbotts, do we have a deal?" he adds. Victor's statements put a smile on Cane's face, and it seems they're one step closer to forming an unexpected alliance.
