Young and the Restless spoilers for next week, August 4-8, reveal Cane Ashby's plans following the chaotic events in France. People are now back in Genoa City, and Cane is receiving a warning that nobody wants him there.
But spoilers suggest that Cane has a massive plan that could give him control of the entire Genoa City. Meanwhile, Claire Newman and Kyle Abbott offer a deal to Adam that he may not turn down.

Next week's promo of Young and the Restless reveals Adam's conversation with Claire and Kyle. The two arrive at his office, with Claire saying, "What else do Newmans drop by each other's offices unannounced? To make a deal."
On the other hand, Victor tries to work with Lily to form a new alliance against Cane. Victor is not happy about Cane's presence in Genoa City. Lily wants to avoid Cane as much as possible. Victor has a plan, telling Lily, "I don't think that's a good idea necessarily."
Phyllis and Cane get into business. But Cane surprises her by saying that there's another member of their team, and it's none other than Billy. "Who is ready to make some waves?" Billy asks upon his arrival.
