'Young and the Restless' Spoilers (Aug 15): Cane Still Loves Lily – Nick & Sharon Caught Red-Handed

Young and the Restless for Friday, August 15, revolves around Cane Ashby telling Lily Winters that he still has feelings for her.

Meanwhile, Nick Newman and Sharon Newman were caught in an intimate moment. Spoilers also tease that Victoria Newman shows gratitude to Billy Abbott.

'Young and the Restless': Victoria Is Grateful For Billy's Support

Spoilers for Friday's episode of Young and the Restless reveal Billy checking in on Victoria and discussing Cole. Victoria says she was happy Cole was with her until the end, and she's now thankful that Billy is supporting her.

Earlier, he saw Adam and Chelsea doing a high five, seemingly celebrating Cane being unmasked as Dumas.

"You two are celebrating already? You had to stick the knife in and give it a good twist? Congratulations," Billy says. However, Adam insists that Cane is the focus and that Billy only plays a small part. 

'Y&R': Nick & Sharon Get Caught

Sharon and Nick get into a heart-to-heart conversation at Crimson Lights. Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday's episode show Sharon opening up to Nick about how Mariah kept isolating herself. Sharon admits she wants to help her, but she must also stay patient.

Meanwhile, Nick shares that he was tasked to befriend Cane. Sharon tells him it was a horrible idea, saying, "Is Victor really that worried about what Cane might do?" Nick admits he's concerned, adding that he's doing it for her and her company.

"I hadn't considered that," Sharon responds, saying that she hasn't felt so close to Nick in a long time. Nick leans in for a kiss, but it gets interrupted when Chelsea and Adam arrive on the scene. Nick leaves, and Adam will warn Sharon not to get herself hurt again.

'Young and the Restless': Cane Still Loves Lily

Cane opens up about his feelings for Lily on Friday's spoilers of Young and the Restless. Cane initially tells Lily that the only company he wants to obtain is Chancellor. Lily believes Cane is hiding an even more sinister plan.

Cane negotiates with Lily, saying that he'll tell her everything if she agrees to let him meet their kids. "No, no deal," Lily replies.

Cane clarifies that he's willing to give up everything just to prove to Lily that he's being true to her. "I would abandon my entire plan, I would absolutely give everything up for you," he says.

Cane then admits he still needs Lily for damage control. "You said you were willing to call off everything for me. Then do it, and I'll help you smooth things over with the kids," she responds.

But before Cane answers, Nick arrives and tensions rise. However, Nick was there to apologize, asking Cane for a drink in the future.

Lily is left alone with Cane again. "What matters most to you?" she asks him. "Hanging on to your agenda or having me help you tell the kids why you've been lying to them for six years?"
