Victor Newman gives Victoria Newman an ultimatum. Young and the Restless spoilers tease The Mustache wants her daughter to acquire Tucker McCall's company, not for herself but for Adam Newman.
Victor insists Adam should run McCall Unlimited once the Newmans get their hands on it. However, Victoria still doesn't agree with this.
Victor loses patience with his daughter and her apparent hatred toward Adam. He tells her to accept his decision, or the deal is off the table.
But Victoria is unfazed by Victor's warning. Young and the Restless spoilers say she gets greedy and declares that McCall Unlimited is hers.

Tucker Retaliates Against Adam
Meanwhile, Adam Newman is determined to be the new CEO of Tucker McCall's empire. Young and the Restless spoilers say he taunts him about his potential takeover of McCall Unlimited.
However, Tucker is not having any of it. He retaliates against Adam, telling him it's not happening over his dead body.
Young and the Restless rumors suggest Tucker could team up with Victoria against Adam. Perhaps he will take Vicky's offer and sell her the company without Victor's knowledge.
Still, Tucker is eager to have his son run his company. So far, Devon Hamilton's intrigued and now considers taking it, thanks to Victoria's obvious interest in the company.

Young and the Restless: Victoria Goes Against Victor?
Victoria Newman may pay the consequences if she closes the deal behind Victor Newman's back. The Mustache makes his intentions very clear. Going against it is definitely not a smart move.
Victor is already disappointed that Ashley Abbott has beat them to the punch. Victoria being selfish and petty could only make him even more dismayed at her.
