The redhead remains conflicted even up to the last minute. Sally couldn't help but envision the possible scenarios with Nick and Adam once the truth was revealed. And it's hard not to take notice of the stark difference between the brothers.
Young and the Restless: Adam, the Doting Dad?
Sally Spectra imagines what would've happened if Adam Newman turned out to be the father. In her fantasy, we see her ex as an excited, doting dad-to-be.
Tuesday's episode of Young and the Restless notes that Adam eagerly accepts Sally's pregnancy and makes things right. He's sorry that she has to go through this without him. And even though he's glad that Nick was there, he's determined to take it from here.

Sally fantasizes about Adam looking forward to being a father to a baby girl. He hopes that his little princess takes after his wit and chin.
Adam also sees himself building his daughter a big tree house, something Sally has always wanted growing up. Not to mention his excitement to see Connor have a sibling. He even asks her to marry him.
All these seemingly make Sally even more confused. She's touched by his gestures and may be tempted to just go for it. Still, it's all playing out in her mind. Will it be the same in real life?

Practical Daddy Nick?
On the other hand, Nick Newman has a more mature and practical approach. Young and the Restless episode for Tuesday, February 21, tease that Sally Spectra imagines what it would be like if Nick were the biological dad.
There's a lot at stake for Nick if he is indeed Sally's baby daddy. For one, he will likely clash with his father, Victor Newman. Sally imagines The Mustache warning his son that he's making a big mistake. Not only that, but he also accuses her of being a gold digger.
Of course, Nick defends her from his father as always. He demands that Victor respect the mother of his new child on Young and the Restless.

Sally also daydreams about Nick handling their "tricky" situation. She knows it'll be tough, especially with the rest of the Newmans against them.
Interestingly, it seems Sally still doubts Nick's feelings for her. In her mind, he imagines Nick telling Sharon that "love" is not what he feels for her right now. However, he doesn't think it matters.
Sally is devastated to hear this. Nick doesn't think they have what it takes to be in a serious relationship. Still, he considers Sally pragmatic. Regardless, Nick assures that the baby will be loved no matter what.
Sally Spectra definitely has a lot of serious thinking to do in the coming days. Whether it's Adam or Nick, there are going to be consequences. Can Sally handle it on Young and the Restless?
