When Jeremy was arrested, Diane managed to escape prison. But Tucker found evidence of her guilt that the feds overlooked. As a result, she has been under Tucker's thumb.
Still, Diane felt that it was only a matter of time before her secret past was exposed. She confessed to Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Tucker was furious and made threats. What will happen to Diane on Young And The Restless?

Diane Jenkins has her fair share of enemies in Genoa City, so much so that an alliance was formed to drive her out of town. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott), and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) have been hard at work trying to take her down.
Now, Diane may have made a powerful enemy in Tucker McCall. He is obsessed with reuniting with his ex-wife, Ashley. Diane was supposed to spy on her and report back to Tucker. Still, he was not happy with her work.
To make things worse, Diane confessed to her life of crime in LA.
Tucker knows that Ashley will learn about his connection to Diane. He is livid that she may have blown any chance he had with his ex.
Yet Ashley will exploit Tucker's feelings to get the dirt on Diane. Y&R rumors speculate that Tucker will throw Diane under the bus. Further rumors suggest that Ashley will try to persuade Tucker to send Diane to prison. Will Ashley be the one to take Diane down on Young And The Restless?

Tucker McCall reminded Diane Jenkins that her shiny new life would not have been possible without him. After all, he was the one who found Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang).
Tucker also has the means to take it all away. Diane is now a liability in his eyes. Not to mention that he could score major points with Ashley by turning on Diane.
