Counting On star Jill Duggar opened up about why she hadn't visited her parents for a long time. The wife of Derick Dillard admitted that meeting Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar in person is something hard for her to do.
Jill explained that visiting her parents is a bad idea because it affects her mental and emotional health negatively. Aside from this, she also revealed that there are still restrictions in the big house, which stops her and her family from visiting.
According to Jill, their "threshold" is a little bit lower this season which is why they want to focus on themselves first. She also admits that the COVID-19 also made things worse as they try to distance themselves from the other family members.

Jill Reveals When She Last Saw Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar
Counting On star Jill Duggar has distanced herself from her family for quite some time now. During an interview, Jill revealed it's been a couple of years since she last saw Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar.
This seemingly put an end to speculations about whether or not she met her parents during Justin Duggar's wedding. Jill also said that they only go to the big house to pick up deliveries.

Counting On star Jill Duggar and her husband Derick Dillard have left the show last year. Apparently, Jill felt like she's not on the best terms with some of her siblings. The two also admitted that they didn't have much control over their lives during the show and that is something they don't like.
This prompted the couple to leave and create their own path. Jill admitted that it was a difficult decision to leave her parents, but she also knew that it's the best for her own family.
Meanwhile, Jill appeared to reconcile with some of her siblings lately, especially after attending Justin's wedding. Fans think it'll be a good storyline to add to the show, which is set to return this month. So far, Jill has yet to confirm if she's part of the upcoming episode.
