Jacqueline admitted that she was "in it for too long" in one of her previous relationships. The actress added she "wasn't learning the lessons" and didn't know much about love.
Despite that, the B&B star said she doesn't regret that time of her life. Jacqueline claimed she learned so much from the experience, giving her a clear idea of what she really wants in life.
The Bold and the Beautiful celeb said she "kept going back to the feelings," adding that she was "addicted to the highs and the lows." Eventually, she realized it's time to let go.
"It was a ride. But I think there was something in me that finally needed to get off the ride," Jacqueline said. "And when I finally did, I was ready to focus on myself and stick to exactly what I wanted out of my life."

After making the tough decision, Jacqueline MacInnes Wood claimed everything changed in her life. The Bold and the Beautiful actress said she's seen drastic improvement, especially in her romantic relationship.
Jacqueline couldn't help but gush at her husband, Elan Ruspoli. She said everything "feels so easy" with him and that they're meant to be together.
The B&B celeb said it's because she communicated early on about her "non-negotiables and values." Jacqueline added that their marriage's foundation is "trust, communication, and respect."

"I would tell my younger self to have fun, go on dates, pay attention," Jacqueline said. "But when you're ready to get serious, don't be afraid to ask those big questions. Lay it all out on the table."
