It's official—Luna is a free woman. On Wednesday's episode, Deputy Chief Baker (Dan Martin) shocked everyone when he confirmed that the convicted murderer had been granted a pardon for her crimes.
Naturally, Luna and Bill are happy to hear this. But not everyone is celebrating the news.
