Douglas had been living in a stable, loving home with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) for the past few years. But he has recently been spending all his time with Thomas at the Forrester mansion.
Douglas was recently the center of some drama when Child Protective Services (CPS) were called to the home. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) suggested Hope use this to get her son back.
But Hope knows that Douglas was not traumatized by the visit. She also pointed out that he is so happy with his dad. Hope did not want to force Douglas to come home.
Yet, B&B spoilers for the week of October 10 to 14 suggest that Douglas may have to make a decision. Will he choose to stay with Thomas or Hope on Bold And The Beautiful?

B&B: A Fan Favorite Returns
B&B spoilers for the upcoming week reveal that Henry Joseph Samiri will reprise his role as Douglas Forrester. Django Ferri was a temporary recast while Samiri was filming on another project in Canada.
Samiri had some thoughts to share on his character with Soap Opera Digest. The young actor believes that Douglas does miss living with Hope, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), and Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez).
Yet Douglas is having so much fun at the Forrester mansion and is treated like "a very special guest." Samiri pointed out that Douglas is used to dividing his time between Thomas and Hope. It is what he has always done.
Douglas may be torn about his feelings about his living situation. Samiri is thrilled to be back with his B&B family. But Douglas may have to choose a family on Bold And The Beautiful.
