Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Tuesday, December 30, reveal the escalating rivalry between sisters Katie and Brooke Logan. The two find themselves in a battle for the rights to the Logan trademark.
It was discovered that Brooke's ownership of the brand has expired, and it's now up for grabs. Due to this, things suddenly become a race, and it's only a matter of time before someone prevails.
Tuesday's spoilers also feature Bill Spencer encouraging Katie to establish her own fashion house, without worrying much about Forrester Creations.
'Bold and the Beautiful' Katie & Brooke's Race For The Trademark
Brooke is confident that Katie will never get to use the Logan brand, as she still owns it. But on Tuesday's spoilers of Bold and the Beautiful, she learns that her ownership has expired.
Carter tells her that she no longer owns it, and it's basically up for grabs. "What do you mean it's expired?" Ridge asks. Brooke is in shock, before asking another question, about whether she still owns the Logan trademark.
Unfortunately for Carter, Liam also learns that the Logan brand is available for use, and the two must race to secure the brand ownership for either Katie or Brooke.
Bill Comforts Katie Amid Rising Tensions
Bill is eager for Katie to win the Logan brand. He was disappointed when he realized that what Ridge told him was true. But Liam tells Bill that Ridge "had" the trademark once, meaning that it's now available for a new owner.
In Tuesday's spoilers of Bold and the Beautiful, Bill encourages Katie to continue looking at a bright future for her new fashion house, saying that she doesn't need the influence of Forrester Creations to become successful.
This could start a rivalry between the two fashion houses, which could also lead to more drama between Katie and Brooke.
On the other hand, Dylan shows appreciation to Will and Electra for asking her to move in with them after they discovered that she's homeless. But will Dylan's decision to live with them create new issues for the couple?
