Finn's twisted birth mother can easily get her hands on some addictive pills. She would just need a way to get them into Steffy's system. Sheila can slip the pills into a beverage or switch out Steffy's vitamins. As a result, Steffy could spiral into addiction without knowing why. Sheila claims that she always gets what she wants. Bold and the Beautiful: Steffy Loses Her Happy Family?
Steffy's addiction can come crashing down on her thanks to her Twitter mother-in-law. Her behavior could become increasingly erratic especially if she does not know about the pills. Finn would be bewildered at Steffy's actions.
He may decide that his wife is a danger to her children and be forced to take action. He could end up with sole custody of their son. Naturally, Sheila would jump at the opportunity to be there for Finn and Hayes.

Finn would be vulnerable to Sheila's manipulations and may welcome her "help". After all, he does believe that Sheila has changed her evil ways. As for Sheila, she may score a victory but how long will it last?
Steffy, Finn, and the Forresters will want to get to the bottom of her puzzling behaviors. The young mom would likely deny that she is taking pills but a blood test may prove otherwise. Naturally, Sheila would be suspected of getting Steffy hooked again.
Will Finn's Eyes Be Opened?
Steffy has told Finn all about Sheila's past crimes against her family. Despite Steffy's warnings Finn still wants to believe Sheila has changed. If she decides to gaslight Steffy, the truth will come out eventually. Finn will be horrified that Sheila put his wife at risk. Although he would turn his back on his birth mother, Finn's marriage could be destroyed.
