Bold and the Beautiful: Sheila's Tragic Fate
Bill Spencer and Ridge Forrester have caught a big fish by the mouth. B&B spoilers note Sheila Carter takes the bait and confesses to her previous murders.
Bill's facade convinces Sheila that he's being sincere with his proposal. As soon as she accepts, he gets down to business and asks to share her darkest secrets.
Sheila admits to killing multiple people in the past. This is more than enough for Bill, so he decides to drop the act. Naturally, she loses it when she finds out that she's been duped big time.
The confrontation quickly gets physical, which ends in Sheila falling over the balcony. Bill and Ridge watch in horror as the nine-toed criminal plunges to the ground.

Did Sheila Survive?
But it may be too early to count Sheila Carter out. Bold and the Beautiful rumors suggest she survives the fatal fall. The idea isn't entirely impossible considering her history of cheating death.
Bill looks down and sees Sheila unconscious on the ground. Will she manage to get up and escape just before Bill gets down to check her body?
That'll be a bit of a stretch considering her state after the fall. A more plausible scenario would be Sheila incurring major injuries and needing immediate medical attention.

Bold and the Beautiful: Finn Saves Sheila's Life?
Bill Spencer and Ridge Forrester will likely agree to bring Sheila Carter to the hospital. After all, it'd be too easy of a punishment for her if she just succumbs to her death just like that.
Ridge and Bill would want her to be incarcerated for life and pay for her crimes. Bold and the Beautiful rumors suggest they will rush her to the hospital where Finn Finnegan works.

Perhaps Finn will have mixed emotions seeing Sheila in such a state. Despite all the atrocities she's done to his family, she's still his biological mother.
