Eric Forrester is on his way to recovery following his near-death experience. Bold and the Beautiful 2024 preview hints at a tough road ahead for the Forrester patriarch.
Despite surviving his terminal illness, Eric will be "forever changed" as the new year begins. There will likely be some challenges along the way that are sure to put Eric and his family to the test.
"There's a great sense of joy and good fortune," Bell adds. "But it's also going to affect him in many ways he never expected." It's safe to say that the next chapter for Eric Forrester is one of "complexity and introspection."
New Generation Brings Drama
Bold and the Beautiful will also shift its focus to the younger generation of characters in 2024. Luna Nozawa continues to make a name for herself in Forrester Creations. Her romance with RJ Forrester also continues to blossom.
But Zende Forrester may just be the thorn in the couple's "sweet love story." Bell hints that Zende brings the big drama to RJ and Luna, which could make or break their relationship.
"Zende has grown a bit intrigued and fascinated by Luna and disenchanted with RJ," Bell adds. "So that's going to cause trouble."

Bold and the Beautiful: New Rivalry Heats Up
Aside from Zende Forrester and RJ Forrester, another feud is expected to intensify next year. Bold and the Beautiful 2024 preview reveals an "interesting rivalry" between Poppy Nozawa and Li Finnegan.
Fans will also finally get an answer about why Li seems to loathe Poppy. Expect to see Bill Spencer get involved in the sisters' storyline. Will there be yet another love triangle in town?

Meanwhile, Sheila Carter and Deacon Sharpe have been relatively quiet in the past few weeks. Bold and the Beautiful 2024 preview teases the couple finally returning to the spotlight with a "jaw-dropping" storyline.
