Sheila Carter's gut feeling is telling her that Bill Spencer knows her secret. B&B spoilers for the week tease that the nine-toed villain worries that her supposed savior is on to her affair with Deacon Sharpe.
Sheila knows the price she'll pay if Dollar Bill finds out she's been betraying him. With that in mind, she and Deacon attempt to say goodbye yet again. Will they be able to stay away from each other for good this time?
Also, this week, Bill reflects on his eventful night at the beach with Sheila. Of course, we now know everything that happened so far is part of Bill and Ridge's elaborate plan.

Ridge and Bill Take It Up a Notch?
Bill Spencer continues working with Ridge Forrester and the FBI to put Sheila Carter back in jail for good. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week of March 20 to 24 reveal he takes things up a notch when he does the unthinkable with Sheila.
Bill gets down on one knee and asks her to marry him. But will the big move take away Sheila's suspicion? Or will it only make it worse?

Thomas Forrester is back at Hope for the Future as the lead designer. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week say he's in the right headspace to return to work.
