Bold And The Beautiful spoilers know that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is a desperate woman. Steffy Forrester's (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) memories have been improving. It may be only a matter of time before she remembers what happened in the alley.
Sheila does not want to go back to prison, so she takes extreme measures. Ms. Carter tried to kill Steffy twice. The first time she was stopped by Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen). The second time, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) interrupted her plan. So Sheila decided to use Steffy's addiction against her.
There has been much talk about using opiates in Steffy's treatment. Dr. Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones), Taylor, and the staff have been mindful of how they treat Steffy's pain. Still, Sheila decided she could cause a relapse. After all, Sheila's plan to break Brooke Logan's (Katherine Kelly Lang) sobriety worked spectacularly.
Sheila could also make it look like Steffy overdosed. Whether Steffy dies or relapses, Sheila will buy herself some time. B&B spoilers for the week reveal Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) will try to comfort Sheila, who is a bundle of nerves. Will Sheila be successful on Bold And The Beautiful?

B&B: Steffy Has Company
Steffy Forrester's condition is improving. She has also faced the death of her husband, John "Finn" Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the week of May 2 to 6 tease that Steffy will be discharged from the hospital.
Steffy will be happy to be reunited with her children. Still, the homecoming will be bittersweet. However, Steffy will barely settle in when she receives an unexpected visitor.
B&B spoilers for the upcoming week suggest that Sheila Carter will want to visit Hayes Finnegan (Piper Harriot). Deacon Sharpe will feel it is too soon and try to talk Sheila out of it.
However, Sheila will end up knocking on Steffy's door. Steffy did think it was weird that Sheila was a constant presence at the hospital. Still, Steffy showed Sheila compassion over losing Finn. But Steffy warned that they were not friends. Steffy's reaction to Sheila's visit may push the trigger again on Bold And The Beautiful.

Will Steffy Need Rehab on Bold and the Beautiful?
Steffy Forrester will allow Sheila Carter in and let her spend time with Hayes. Still, Steffy will sense that something is not right with the deranged criminal.
Sheila may be there for Hayes, but she may have ulterior motives. Perhaps Sheila has come up with a plan to slip drugs to Steffy. Much like Brooke, Steffy could unknowingly fall back into her addiction. Eventually, Steffy could need another stint in rehab.

Will this pave the way for Wood's maternity leave? Steffy would want to be the best mother for Hayes and Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras McKinlay). Steffy has dealt with being shot, Finn's death, and now, a possible relapse.
Not to mention Steffy has blocked all memories of the shooting. A long stint in rehab would go a long way towards Steffy living the best life she can. On the other hand, Sheila would be free to continue her reign of terror on The Bold And Thd Beautiful.
