Thomas Begs for His Job Back
There's no stopping Thomas Forrester from reclaiming his job at FC. Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for the week tease that the former lead designer sneaks into the company and implores Hope Logan to take him back on the team.
Hope knows Thomas is going above and beyond to get what he wants. Still, Ridge and Steffy will have the final word on it.
At this point, it doesn't look like Steffy is completely sold on giving her brother another chance. It's likely the same with Ridge.
B&B rumors suggest this could push Thomas deeper into the dark side. Will his desperation force him to do something he'll regret later?

Sheila Exploits Thomas?
Sheila Carter may grab the opportunity to get Thomas Forrester on her team. Bold and the Beautiful rumors allude the madwoman could exploit his situation and lure him into forming an alliance.
Sheila could easily ask Bill Spencer to blackmail Steffy again to give Thomas his job back. So far, this tactic has worked wonders. He might use it whenever the need arises.
Or maybe Sheila could brainwash Thomas to completely turn his back from the Forresters and go full-on villain with her. They could start their own company to rival FC. With Bill's money and Thomas' skills, Sheila might just pull it off.
Sheila could even use Douglas Forrester to win Thomas. Bill could pay the judge to grant Thomas full custody of the young boy. After all, he's done it masterfully for Sheila.

Will Thomas Be Like Bill?
If Sheila Carter manages to recruit Thomas Forrester on her side, it'll be a big blow to Steffy Forrester and her family. They have yet to recover from Bill Spencer's alliance and odd romance with the criminal.
However, it is worth noting that Thomas knows what Sheila is capable of. He might not want to associate himself with her. It'll be a smart move, especially since he's still trying to win his family and job back.
