Now that Hope is technically unemployed, she likely has plenty of free time on her hands. And if Annika Noelle has her way, here's what she wants her character to do next.
Bold and the Beautiful star Annika Noelle reveals her hope for Hope
In an interview with Soap Opera Digest earlier this month, Annika Noelle opened up about her character, Hope Logan, and what she hopes for her future. The Bold and the Beautiful actress notes that she's been acting completely different than her usual self—and it's not looking good.
"I think that she's a bit broken," Noelle adds. "I think she's going about things in ways that I don't think Hope would have approved of in the past."
With the Forresters back in power—and after being betrayed by Carter Walton and Brooke Logan—Hope might just feel more defeated than ever. But that might also be the trigger for her to do something bigger.
In the same interview, Noelle admits she wants Hope to be more empowered but in the right way. The Bold and the Beautiful star suggests it's high time for her character to ditch the Forresters for good and start her own company.
"I would love maybe one day, if she's had enough of that toxic environment [at Forrester], to go off on her own and make her own company and spread her own wings," Noelle added. "I'm really interested to see what comes of it."
Is it time to do just that?
Hope has been with Forrester Creations for a long time, so she likely picked up valuable insights into running a business. While she may not be an expert, she probably has enough experience to start a small company of her own.
Perhaps it's time for Forrester Creations to face some real competition—and Hope might be the one to bring it. Bold and the Beautiful rumors suggest she could take Hope for the Future with her or, even better, reinvent it as a rival brand to challenge FC.
And since Carter and Brooke are still with FC, Hope might need to find other people to help her build her vision. It'd be interesting to see how this unfolds, especially now that Hope has nothing to lose. But is launching a new company really what Hope needs right now?
