90 Day Fiance: Deavan Clegg Shares Updates on Custody Battle Against Jihoon Lee
Looks like the legal bout between Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee is officially over. The former 90 Day Fiance couple has been mum about the status of their court battle, particularly with regards to Taeyang's custody.
But now, Deavan herself shared the results of her almost year-long legal dispute against Jihoon. The mother of two took to Instagram recently and revealed that the court's decision was in favor of her.
Deavan Clegg confirmed that she won Taeyang's custody case, and she's proud of it. "Yes, I was awarded full physical and sole custody," the 90 Day Fiance star said.

Deavan Says Jihoon Free to Visit Taeyang, but There's a Catch
In the same post, Deavan Clegg clarified that Jihoon Lee can still see their son, Taeyang, and be part of his life. However, the South Korean dad has to meet several conditions first.
Deavan revealed that Jihoon is "allowed supervised visits in the U.S." only if he "takes anger management and parenting classes beforehand." This implies he has had some issues in the past, putting him in a bad light.
Deavan also maintained that she is not keeping Taeyang away from Jihoon Lee. The 90 Day Fiance celeb insisted that she's not stopping her ex-husband from calling and visiting their son.
"I am not keeping my son away," she added. "This is the judge's decision. Now please stop harassing me about it. It's not my responsibility to make sure someone calls my son."
This is contrary to Jihoon Lee's claims in the past. The reality star previously said Deavan prevents him from reaching out to Taeyang, seemingly eager to keep him out of his life for good.

90 Day Fiance Star Says Taeyang Is 'Loved' Even Without Jihoon
Last year, Deavan Clegg brought Taeyang to America after things didn't work out with Jihoon Lee. Since then, the two-year-old boy has not seen his father.
Despite not having his dad around, Deavan claims Taeyang has a father figure he looks up to — her boyfriend, Topher Park. The 90 Day Fiance star made it very clear that he now takes on the role of Jihoon as her children's father.
"My son knows he's loved by those around him," she wrote. "And if people don't want to try, that's not my problem anymore."
