Abby said Lous' tumor markers have been increasing for the past couple of months, prompting another visit to specialists. Later, it was revealed that he would need surgery to remove the lymph nodes where the cancerous cells are.

Abby said doctors would remove the affected lymph nodes on Louis. But the procedure needs meticulous execution as his lymph nodes are located in a critical area "behind his tummy, close to the spine, the aorta, and other blood vessels." The surgery will take at least five hours.
