'7 Little Johnstons': What Does Jonah Johnston Do for a Living in 2022?

7 Little Johnstons star Jonah Johnston has come a long way since his debut on the show in 2015. The eldest son of Amber and Trent Johnston definitely made some good progress, particularly in his career.

Jonah's job has been a hot topic of discussion between him and his parents before. Amber and Trent have been very vocal about their doubts about their son's chosen profession. But Jonah proved them wrong as he emerged successful in the said industry. Is he still doing the same job?

Jonah Johnston is already earning from his stint on 7 Little Johnstons, but he has a regular job like other members of the Johnston family. According to his LinkedIn profile, Jonah is currently employed as a Sales Professional at Butler Toyota, the Butler Auto Group's Toyota dealer in Macon, Georgia.

Jonah has been in the car sales industry for quite a while now. He seems to have found his forte and actually uses it well. In fact, his success in the industry seemingly inspired his dad, Trent Johnston, to do the same profession.

Prior to that, Jonah Johnston worked for the Georgia Forestry Commission as a representative. The 7 Little Johnstons star lasted there for a little over a year, starting from December 2019 to February 2021.

Before his job at GFC, Jonah was offered a position as a soccer referee at Monroe County Parks and Recreation in Forsyth. His part-time gig involved refereeing soccer games for children from 4 to 12 years old. This went on for a year and three months, which covered two soccer seasons.

In 2017, Jonah Johnston became a staff member for the WinShape Foundation and was designated as a Summer Camp Counselor at the WinShape Camps in Macon, Georgia. The 7 Little Johnstons celeb's main role was to guide and entertain the young campers while also teaching them about the word of God.

7 Little Johnstons: How Much is Jonah Johnston Earning?

Surprisingly, Jonah Johnston isn't doing that bad, money-wise. The 7 Little Johnstons star apparently has an impressive net worth of $1.5M. That estimate was as of 2021, and with the new opportunities he had since then, it wouldn't be surprising if he's worth more now.

As for the Johnstons, the family is paid somewhere between $25,000 and $40,000 for each episode. If you'd divide that amount equally among the seven reality stars, each will earn at least $3,500 per episode. Obviously, a large portion of Jonah's net worth is courtesy of the show.

Fans of 7 Little Johnsons know how much Trent and Amber Johnston pressured Jonah Johnston to find a job to become more independent. But it wasn't easy for him.

Jonah's sisters, Elizabeth and Anna, were first to move out of their parents' house. That put more pressure on Jonah since he was the oldest of the Johnston siblings.

But Jonah Johnston persevered and managed to get the perfect job for him. He's now making good money, and his parents are very proud of it.
