Audrey Roloff, former star of Little People, Big World, has talked openly about her health struggles, particularly her medical issues related to her pregnancy. Fortunately for the 30-year-old mom, she quickly recovered from her latest bout with pelvic pain. And what's the first thing she does? Run, of course.
Little People, Big World: Audrey Roloff Suffered From Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction
Audrey Roloff recently recovered from symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), a condition caused by excessive movement of the pubic bone that results in pain and discomfort around the pelvic region. SPD is more common in women and normally occurs during pregnancy.
The LPBW star suffered from SPD when she was pregnant with Bode and Radley. It took about five months after giving birth to Bode for the pelvic pain and other symptoms caused by her condition to disappear.
Back then, Audrey Roloff had difficulty moving around because of the pain. "A walk around the farm is about all I can do these days," Audrey wrote on IG at the time. "I'm really hoping my pelvic bones can heal back soon because I'm so eager to get Ember girl on skis this winter/spring, and I can't wait to start running again!"

Third time's the charm for Audrey as her SPD went away quicker after having Radley. To celebrate the start of her pain-free days, the LPBW alum went on a run for the first time in over a year.
"First run since having Radley," Audrey Roloff shared on her Instagram. "But actually, first run since before I was pregnant with him, so it's been over a year."
Audrey is a huge fan of running, so it's not surprising that it's the first thing she did once she was able. The LPBW alum and social media personality joined a number of marathons in the past. She was also an athlete back in her college days.

LPBW: Audrey's Health Issues
Aside from symphysis pubis dysfunction, Audrey Roloff also had mastitis with all three of her children. The said medical condition stems from inflamed breast tissues, which often leads to infection, fever, and pain.
Back in November, the Little People, Big World star revealed she's had "mastitis now 20 times between all three kids." Aside from that, all three of her kids suffered from tongue and lip ties, which made it even more difficult for her to breastfeed them.
