The women struggled, and Li managed to escape to her car. Sheila was in hot pursuit. She rammed Li's car. It caught on fire, and Li lost control.

With Li seemingly out of the picture, Finn's care will fall on Sheila. Bold And The Beautiful spoilers for the upcoming weeks reveal that Finn will be on the road to a full recovery.
Naturally, Finn will be confused about his situation. Also, it is not known how much he will remember. Sheila did shoot Finn and put him at death's door. Not to mention that she was aiming for Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Finn has no idea that Sheila shot Steffy and nearly killed her too. Sheila will be desperate to stay in Finn's good graces.
Bold And The Beautiful speculation suggests that Sheila will take full credit for Finn's recovery. Li is the only other person who knows that Finn is alive. There would be no one else to contradict Sheila's claims.
