It looks like things are about to get messier for Karine Martins Staehle. The 90 Day Fiance star is reportedly facing legal complaints and will appear in court this month.
According to online records, Karine has criminal charges under her name. This includes "assault, 4th-degree domestic violence with a minor injury."
The same source noted that Karine Martins is scheduled for an arraignment on March 9, 2022, at 9:00 am. So far, the 90 Day Fiance alum has yet to give a statement about it.
Did Paul Staehle File Complaints Against Karine?
Many are now wondering if Paul Staehle was the one who filed the charges against Karine Martins. The 90 Day Fiance star has resorted to calling the police on his wife in the past, so taking legal actions is nothing new to him.
Paul has also accused Karine of domestic violence in the past. There were even home security footages of the supposed abuse, which definitely put the Brazilian mother in a bad light.
In one of the videos, Karine Martins can be seen being violent towards Paul Staehle. The 90 Day Fiance star appeared to grab her husband's hair before seemingly choking him violently.
Another footage showed Karine seemingly "tossing" her youngest son, Ethan, on the passenger seat of Paul's car during a heated argument. There were claims that Paul intentionally leaked the footage to paint Karine as a bad mother. However, such claims remain unconfirmed.

Meanwhile, Karine Martins seems to enjoy her life away from Paul Staehle. The 90 Day Fiance star moved out of their house, leaving her sons behind.
